Returns and exchange

I ask that all customers take the time to carefully make your decision when selecting a piece of art, as originals cannot be returned or exchanged. This is because they are susceptible to damage by being handled too much in shipping and the quality can be sacrificed in the possession of others. Please ask questions before you commit to buy. However please do contact me if you have a problem with your order.

Items must be paid in full before shipping can occur.

Delivery Policy – Time frame

When you place an order with me. I have a turnaround time of between 7-14 days. This allows me enough time to order your frame which are made to measure. Then I need to get the painting framed up and ready. However it could be with you much sooner particularly if it is a canvas. Once the painting has been shipped I will send you a confirmation email. All parcels will be sent through recorded delivery, so will need to be signed for. I pack all the art safely, professionally and use re-cycled materials were possible. I use The Royal Mail or Parcel Force delivery services, ensuring a professional, traceable and peace of mind delivery.

If you order a number of art work pieces for the same address, I will refund any over payment in delivery costs (each item when they are listed have a postage cost included).

I will only charge for what’s needed, so don’t let accumulating postage prevent you from ordering several items at a time, you can rest assured of my upmost attention to detail to ensure your unique piece or art reaches you in pristine condition.

International orders

International orders usually take 3 weeks or less to arrive to their destination from time of shipment. However, it is not uncommon for delivery to take up to 4 weeks. Please keep this in mind when ordering your art, especially if you are on any kind of deadline.

Buyers are FULLY responsible for any duties/customs fees charged by their own respective country.

International buyers are responsible for any import/customs fees their respective country may charge.

Please make sure that your address is typed in correctly. Lost / return to sender orders due to incorrect shipping address will only be resent once the new shipping charge has been paid.
